An opener service I will remember

I bought my garage door opener recently and wanted to find a good contractor for its services. Since it was new, I wanted to maintain it while it was still free of major problems but I didn't want to call the contractors who had installed it. They were a bit sloppy and not punctual. I explained on the phone that there is nothing wrong with my electric garage door opener and I just needed someone to take a look and ensure it's okay. They sent someone over two hours later. He got to work and I stood close to him in case he would need something. It was a great experience watching this technician at work.

If I'd say that he was thorough, it would be an understatement. He really checked every part of the opener. He even checked the bulbs and it goes without saying that he tightened the garage door trolley, lubricated the chain, made sure the sensors were adjusted and even checked that all wires were in good condition and in the right terminals. He didn't waste time and surely seemed to know what he was looking for and what he was doing.

When he finished his job, he explained some things about the opener. He said that I should know my electric garage door system and also gave me a couple of useful tips. With such great customer service and meticulous garage door opener maintenance, I thought the charge would be extremely high. Although we had agreed on the price from the very start, after seeing this technician working I suspected that I didn't hear right. The charge was reasonable and the service was beyond compare. This is the least I can say to do justice and I will certainly call for more services and recommend their work to all my friends.
